I have lost my log-in details, what shall I do?
Don't panic! Go to login and select "request a new password".
Can I send cards to someone other than myself?
Yes of course. Simply add the recipient to your address book and select the relevant address as the shipping address when processing your order.
I’ve noticed a mistake. Can I change my order?
Tut tut tut! As soon as you notice the mistake, please contact the Yodelling Mum Team on 01305 206000. Please note, if your order has been sent to our printing department we may not be able to change or cancel the order but we will do our upmost to help.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be despatch on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed with a specified despatch date will be posted on the date requested.
My order still hasn’t arrived. What shall I do?
The majority of cards delivered within the UK are delivered the following day but some may take up to 2 working days. If you have still not received your card after 3 working days please contact the Yodelling Mum Team 01305 206000.
How much do the cards cost?
Standard - £3.49 inc VAT, postage, packaging and handling to a UK delivery address.
What size are the cards?
Standard Card 135mm X 188mm
Envelope 145mm X 198mm
Outer Envelope 155mm X 220mm (C5162mm X 229mm)
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card or Prepaid Credit.
How are my payment details stored?
We do not store your payment details. All payment data is secured by SSL.
How do I use a promotional code?
Please submit code on shopping cart page, step 5.
My computer crashed in the middle of placing an order. Where can I find the card I created?
If you log back in to our website and go to your shopping cart you will find the card you created.
How can I check the status of my order?
Visit the Yodell Zone and navigate to your "Manage Account" section.
What is Prepay?
You may wish to make payment on account as advance payment for goods. Your total credit will be displayed in your Yodell Zone in "My Credit" when you log in.
Can you deliver abroad?
We can only send to recipients in the UK, but international postage will be added in the future.
Photo upload problems
If you are trying to upload a photo and are experiencing difficulties please check that the photo fits the following specifications:
• images must be in JPEG format (other formats such as Word Document and PDF will not be accepted)
• for the best results we suggest that you make the image dimensions approximately 1000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos
• we also advise that photo files should be no larger than 3MB in size
My photograph won’t upload or it takes forever to do so.
1. Are you at work using a shared server? This may slow the process down.
2. The image you are trying to load may be too big. The maximum file size is 3MB, please reduce the size of the image in your picture manager program and try again.
3. You may be using a file YM does not recognise. Please make sure the file you are trying to upload is one of the following: jpeg. jpg. png. or gif.
I have selected a contact from my address book but in ‘shopping basket’ I am getting the message ‘click here to complete despatch information’. Then it takes me back to my address book!
This is because the address information for your contact is incomplete. Please click on ‘edit’ next to your contact name and complete all the mandatory fields. Also check you do not have two lots of contact details for the same person, one with and one without address.
Your ‘Facebook Connect’ button does not work.
Some browsers do not support ‘Facebook Connect’. We recommend you download ‘Google Chrome’ and it will work for you.
What is the best way to layout the text inside my card?
If you are uncertain of how to layout the text inside your card at step 2, please read the information below to give you some tips:
At step 2 you will see a blank page to left of the screen which is a template of the inside of your card. There is also a text box to the right of the screen which is where you type the text you would like to appear inside your card. You can also change the layout, font size and style of writing.
To start, type the required text in the text box to the right of the screen. Click on ‘Update’. The text you have typed is now displayed on the card insert template. The text is automatically positioned in the centre at the top of the card insert template. The position can be changed. Please see information below:
Change the font size: highlight the text in the text box and click on the arrow next to ‘size’. Select the required size then click on ‘update’. If the text is too big or too small, please select a different font size.
Change the position of the text: highlight the text in the text box and select the Align Left, Centre or Align Right Icon then click on ‘update’.
Change the style of writing: highlight the text in the text box and click on the arrow next to ‘font’. A list of different font names will appear. Select the style you like then click on ‘update’.
Change text to bold or Italic: You will notice a ‘B’ and an ‘I’ on the left hand side of the text box. The ‘B’ will allow you to change text to bold text. The ‘I’ will allow you to change text to italic text, or you can do both, Bold and Italic! To use these buttons, highlight the text you would like to change and click on ‘B’ or ‘I’ or both! Click on update. To remove bold or italic text simply highlight the text you wish to change and click on ‘B’ or ‘I’ or both then update.
Can I have the option of changing the colour of the font inside the card?
Yes you can. Simply click on the coloured icon which is towards the right hand side of the text box and choose the colour you require!
