- All website details, including prices are subject to change and notification of any relevant change will be given to the buyer following receipt of order. The buyer will subsequently be offered the opportunity to cancel or amend the order.
- All prices shown are correct at the time of publication and VAT is included at the current rate of 20%.
- Payment must be tendered with the order and orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds.
- Blundell Harling Ltd has the right to refuse an order.
- We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the website give an accurate representation however slight variations in colour, typefaces and layout may be experienced.
- All images are created using our own resources or they are legitimately licensed for use by Yodelling Mum. If you see yourself in an image which you would like removed from our website please contact us on 01305 206000 and the image will be removed immediately.
Delivery:
- We endeavour to post all orders within the specified time frame (please see delivery information on website) but will not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused.
- All our orders are posted by First Class.
- All UK deliveries will not incur a postage charge.
- If you request your card to be sent back to you it will be in an outer envelope with a blank envelope inside.
Returns of Defective Goods
- We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However, goods can be damaged in transit. In the event of this happening please return the defective product(s) to YM Returns, Blundell Harling, 9 Albany Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 9TH along with your contact details.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including the postage cost incurred returning your defective item(s).
Prepay
- You may wish to make payment on account as advance payment for goods. Your Prepay balance will be displayed in the ‘Manage Account’ section in ‘My Yodell Zone’.
- At the checkout our system will check your pre-paid balance and withdraw accordingly.
- Prepay balance will expire after 24 months if not used.
- If you change your mind after adding funds to your prepay account and would like to request a refund, please call customer services within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds will only be made to the payment card used to make the original purchase.
Privacy & Security Policy
- Blundell Harling will not sell or pass your name, address or email address to any third party unless legally obliged to by UK Government authorities. We may send you newsletters by email, information on new products and seasonal offers.
- Your credit card details are sent to our Payment Service Provider for authorisation and are not stored in our database.
Liability:
- You agree not to use the website directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose or so as to cause distress or offence to any person. If found to be using the website for such purposes your order will not processed and your account may be terminated. In such an event we will refund any payment made on outstanding orders.
- You agree not to upload, email to us or print any images or other copyrighted material without the express permission of the owner.
